At EMBED Change we believe that the most effective way for you to successfully embed any change within your business, is to grow your peoples capability and confidence so they can help you do so. But, you probably know this already - yes?
We clicked to this fact when we realised our clients had trouble making change stick. We also realised that while change leadership capability was not a core capability of our clients right now, but it could be! We realised we could easily help a lot of businesses succeed as 'leading change' is a capability that can be learnt. We knew we needed to develop simple processes for people to follow and support them grow this capability. As a result we developed the EMBED Change Toolkit.
We chose to call it the “EMBED Change Toolkit” because that is what we want you to be able to do. We knew that if we could create something that would help you make change easier and less stressful, then we’d be really happy.
