These learning modules focus on The Treasury ICR Organisational Change Management Maturity model. They provide guidance on how to strengthen change maturity to a Level 3 Exceeding rating.
The modules include;
- Provide an overview of the ICR Organisational Change Management Maturity model to ensure its method and objectives are understood.
- Work through each of the six areas of assessment, focusing on explaining the guidelines at a Level 3 Exceeding level of the ICR assessment.
